Job Description:

1. Analyze business requirements to determine technological needs on regular basis.

2. Develop IT policies, processes and systems as per business requirement.

3. Ensure network design and deployment by analyzing premises, layouts and operations to be carried at Head Office or Regional offices to determine network and camera requirements.

4. Ensure procurement and verification of technical details of all required IT supplies.

5. Ensure complete cabling, networking, installation of terminals, cameras, internal telephone exchange and servers as per project timelines and delivers live network on time.

6. Responsible for installation and regularly upgrading anti-viruses and firewalls on servers and user terminals for utmost security and safety.

7. Monitor routine scanning of user’s devices and servers for potential virus threats.

8. Responsible for complete data security.

9. Timely troubleshoot any type of threat arising in user’s system or servers.

10. Monitor network devices, memory load, bandwidth usage, and net speed & performance and troubleshoot bottle necks and breakage in connectivity.

11. Responsible for installation, up gradation and monitoring of servers to facilitate operations.

12. Closely monitor server’s performance and troubleshoot problems at early stage.

13. Provide speedy technical support to users to facilitate normal course of work.

14. Monitor formatting, installations, and settings of desktop systems or laptops to be deployed at Head Office or Regional Offices.

15. Timely respond to users’ queries and ensure timely resolution of any other problems related to systems, laptops / networks.

16. Undertake any other tasks related to IT assigned by management.
