The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Visit customers, to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely recoveries of sales by working on recoveries directly through phone calls and visits.
- Find new Customers, and persuade them to use SGC products.
- Build strong relations with customers.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities and inform the seniors about them.
- Prepare weekly visit, sales, and market intelligence reports and submit them to seniors.
- Behave in a courteous manner with the clients and maintain good working relationships.
- On the spot resolve the complaints of clients or inform seniors about complaints beyond his scope.
- Other Tasks related to sales were assigned by seniors.
