We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant and Bookkeeper.The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online. Proficiency in English and prior experience with UK market regulations is preferable. Candidate will be working for a UK based Company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage payroll and VAT submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with UK regulations.
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively in English.
• Ensure compliance with UK tax laws and financial regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and cash flow management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Required:
  • Proven experience of 1 year or more as an Accountant or Bookkeeper 
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

• ACCA/CMA PAK Part Qualified or Plus
