Major responsibilities:
- Corporate, Carrier & Wholesale Fault handling and Rectification
- Installation & commissioning of timely services to corporate customers
- Timely processing of feasibility to concerned quarters
- Timely processing of estimates
- Ensuring provisional acceptance testing of new services as per PAT protocols
- Ensuring compliance with budget, targets & deadlines through the implementation of cost efficient control
- Liaising with Civic agencies
- Up to date the inventory & store management
