MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SM Digital Media is responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing and product online using such techniques in the fields of social media, web analytics, email marketing and search engine optimization
- Responsible for overall online promotions, e-campaigns to get marketing message out as well as perform consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers via internet.
Other Roles:
Manage the Execution of
• Product launch
• New campaigns
• Promotion plans
• Coordinate with agency teams in the execution of promotions including above the line and below the line level
Manage advertising and production calendars :
• Maintaining media calendars for effective advertising
• Maintaining the marketing budget
• Campaign analysis from pre to post campaign
• Managing and executing customer care branding & merchandizing (OSS and franchises)
• Assist/Execute BTL activities including banner placement, hoarding installation, brand activation & wall branding etc
• Verification of ATL/BTL activities for invoice verification
• Provide support for the installation of trade promotional stalls in exhibitions and conferences.
Control Activities
• Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards and company policies and procedures.
• Undertake Performance Management
• Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
Requirements:
EducationBachelors / Master’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
Experience:At least 5-7 years of experience in the field with excellent verbal & written communication skills
