Responsibilities and Duties:

• Designing and redesigning web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication.
• Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality designs.
• Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments.

Required Skills:

• Creative with the ability to make designs from the scratch.
• Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and color theory.
• Have good information finding skills.
• Good time management and multitasking skills in executing the projects.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, infographics & limitations of the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions.
• Print and web design capabilities.
• Best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping.
• Experience of animation pipeline.
• Experience with software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premier
• 2D, 3D animation tools and white board animation softwares would be a plus
• Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs

Professional Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Possession of aesthetic sense, creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio  
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies 
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Advanced Photoshop and experience with Illustrator, after affect and other adobe associated tools.
