Job Description:

Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary sales targets through his team of DSRs & Distributors.
Supervise and coordinate work of all order bookers / salesmen of the assigned territory.

· Achieve sales targets of the assigned territory through close monitoring of order bookers / salesmen & distributors.

· Ensure timely and effective implementation of trade promotion, consumer promotion and sales & distribution plans.

· Ensure proper implementation of trade offers and closely monitor market price of each BUCP brand vs. competition.

· Ensure availability of BUCP brands as per Outlet data and classification.

· Spend time in the field and establish relations with key retails and wholesale outlets.

Ensure implementation of FIFO at Distributor & Trade level.
Ensure visibility of BUCP brands through proper merchandising at trade level.
Provide regular market feedback to Area Sales Managers.
Timely submission of distributor claims.

· Ensure distributor investment as per Co. policy and business requirement.

· Design and implement PJP for Order Bookers and review it on periodic basis.

· Ensure timely payments from credit customers, if any.

· Timely ordering and dispatches of BUCP Brands to Depot / HO / Customers.

· Update competitor activities on time to time basis.
