Responsibilities:
- Must have Strong knowledge of IT and Networking.
- Troubleshooting technical issues, Diagnosing and repairing faults, and keep systems updated.
- Network and server maintenance, monitoring, and development.
- Directs and coordinates the local implementation of IT operations and support.
- Coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and asset databases
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
- Create technical support documentation for systems and applications
- An ideal candidate should be self-starter, can work independently.
Skills:
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role. Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
