• Design of print collaterals like profiles, brochures, pamphlets, posters, advertisements, etc..with high quality and following corporate guidelines
• Design and develop digital collaterals like presentations, websites, social media, movies… 
• Prioritize the design requirements for the day.
• Create and maintain world-class corporate websites for the Division.  
• Conceptualize advertisements by understanding company deliverables and communicate accordingly.  
• Create presentations, product evaluation, CDs etc. in the form of animation. 
• Develop design for marketing collaterals and produce all kinds of materials such as logos, brochures, mailers, newsletters, presentations, proposals, Exhibition Stands etc. for business and brand building  purpose. 

Design and Update of: 

• Print Collaterals: for Pre Qualifications, Brochures, Leaflets, Pamphlets, CD Cover & Labels, Booklets, Posters, Advertisements, Notebooks, Calendars and Company Profiles 
• Digital Collaterals: Flash Presentations, Power point Presentations, Email Newsletters.
• Websites, Picture Edits, Advertising Banners.
• Exhibition Stand Collaterals: Banners, Posters, Popups, Rollups.
• Social Media and website posts.
• DAR Engineering Proposals and Tendering Materials/Pre-Qualification materials preparation.

Coordinate :

• With the printing houses for Company’s print related works and approval of print samples.
• With vendor for proper and timely arrangements
• With sales and marketing department and regular follow up for job request.
• With outside vendors such as printing house and digital campaign providers to meet the target of contracts or orders
• Attend event and exhibitions for participation coordination
• Proof read and quality check of deliverables
• Negotiates, collect quotations and payment follow up.
• Arrange deliverables for Business units.
• Maintain a centralized data of presentations, marketing materials and communications for archiving, graphics.
• Update Data on regular intervals.
