| Job Description: |
- Greeting clients and visitors, notifying appropriate parties of their arrival
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls in a professional manner, taking messages when necessary
- Office administrative support in the areas of HR and Facilities
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, letters, telephones, parcels)
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including PBX Telephone Console, fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Drafting & editing correspondence/letter
- Perform other relevant duties efficiently as and when assigned by supervisor and/or CEO
Qualifications for Receptionist
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to type 30 wpm minimum
