THIS A NIGHT SHIFT JOB ONLY FOR LAHORE CANIDIATE 

A US-based IT Solutions firm is looking to expand its footprint and setup an offshore office in Lahore. We are looking to hire a local candidate to handle back-office and sales operations. This will be a full-time position based on US Pacific time zone. Work location will be on-site for the first year with the flexibility to occasionally work from home afterward.  

Job Duties:

• Support sales team in creating quotes, placing and tracking orders, sending invoices, and tracking payments


• Manage account receivables and account payables


• Track other office tasks according to their deadlines


• Create documentation


• Exert attention to detail in capturing instructions and their execution


• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting necessary documents  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of work experience in a corporate environment in operations or as an executive assistant


• Bachelors is desired, must have completed at least intermediate education.
