Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of Experience in Spinning Mill/Textile Industry
• MBA Accounts and finance /ACCA/ CA

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Checking all receipts and payment vouchers
• Reconcile documentation with actual inventory or assets to ascertain the accuracy
• Computation and payment of staff salaries
• Supervision of day to day operation of accounting review and recommend the changes to exist accounting procedures
• Cooperation with external auditors to carry out an annual external audit
• Monthly visit to Mill for stock taking, valuation of work in process and finish goods
• Assist in import operations and implement trade agreement programs
• Assist and coordinates in property movement and management of fixed assets for disposal, surplus, storage, or salvage
• Maintain accurately and up to date records of all financial transactions
• Providing and interpreting the financial information Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Managing company's financial accounting, monitoring & reporting systems
• Liaising with External auditors, bankers, and statutory organizations such as the FBR, SRB, PRA, and other government monitoring bodies
• Producing accurate & timely financial reports & managing budgets
• Deals the matters of Sales Tax & Income Tax Audits, assessments and filing of monthly as well as annual returns, filing of appeals, exemptions, complaints & processing of Income & Sales Tax refund
• Duty & Tax Remission for Exports approvals & customs audits
• Appear before the Inland Revenue & other Adjudication Authorities
• Follow-up of cases filed to ADRC, High Court, Federal Tax Ombudsman, Law Ministry, and Tribunals
• Supervise monthly & quarterly internal control reports
