| Job Description: |
We Accountants and Tax consultant services to UK based clients are looking urgently to recruit ACCA Qualified /Part Qualified (member or affiliated), M.Com & MBA who have UK Accountancy firm experienced to join our team and support the Practice Manager to run the team operations effectively.
Duties:
You will take on the role of assisting the Accounts Manager/Practice Manager and help your team with the following tasks
- Preparation of periodic Management accounts.
- Ensure the books of the company are kept updated on a routine basis. (Using Xero)
- Preparation of UK VAT returns
- Preparation of Annual accounts
- Drafting UK tax computations
- Processing payroll for the client (monthly/weekly)
- Supervising a junior member of staff and delegating work
- Discussing and resolving accounts queries with clients
- Maintaining up-to-date billing systems and carrying out billing duties
- Performing account reconciliations and monitoring the customers’ account details
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a firm of UK Accountants
- ACCA Qualified (Affiliate/Member), M.Com & MBA (Finance)
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent Organizational and English communication skills both verbal and written
- Desirable candidates to have software experience of Xero, Sage One, QuickBooks desktop & online), TaxCalc, Payroll Manager.
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: Attractive Salary as per market compatible
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Timing: PST 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
