Job Responsibilities:

• Relationship building with existing partner brands, evaluating existing partnerships, and analyzing ways to amplify the existing relationship.


• Controlling marketing spending and devising ways of spending efficiently.


• Analyzing and improving business results, reporting on results to senior management, and communicating closely with various internal stakeholders.


• The role will focus on identifying potential partners, leading the negotiation process from scratch, and managing partnerships through to execution.


• Campaign management including planning, execution, and ongoing optimization to deliver on partnership objectives.


• Ideate, develop, and execute unique partner marketing initiatives


• Define and test new think big initiatives that will grow into high-performing campaigns, and contribute to driving recognition and position.


• Own the performance for Associates channel in the country. Identify, secure, and onboard new partners. Measure, monitor, and optimize impact on business metrics.

• The review process, quality control, optimizations, and post-delivery analysis to ensure we are constantly delivering to key KPIs and are exceeding expectations.
