Role Description

We are a rapidly growing Melbourne-based analytics company looking for outstanding talent to join the team to help us accelerate the transformation of the retail industry through the usage of data, artificial intelligence, and human ingenuity.

We are driven to ensure our customers succeed. We look to do this by enabling them to optimize their retail sales environment including their marketing and promotions efforts and workforce. We do this by cleverly combining our unique sensor data and their data - all in real-time.

We are looking for an Integrations Support Officer to support our effort to combine our customer's data with ours to enable the optimization of each customer's business and reveal future opportunities. This role is critical to the success of our customers' implementations and the continued success of our solution. You will be working directly with customers, with the internal client team, and our development team to maintain smooth operations.

A successful candidate will be a person who enjoys processes, problem-solving, and customer interaction. They will have high levels of concentration and have an eye for detail. They will want to see things through to the end and deliver a superior outcome. It will be a person who likes to have fun, loves to learn, and wants to innovate in the world of analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Integrations Analyst to broadly understand our clients’ business, level of technical ability, available business systems, associated data, and their broad needs from Kepler.
• Support our winning integration formula to meet the client more than half-way, problem solve their situation to help ensure they get their data into their Kepler account.
• Along with the Clients, teamwork to manage clients' expectations and ensure that they are advocated for within the business.
• Undertake the data transformation and Excel modeling to handle data import and usage for each clients’ needs.
• As you see patterns in business systems and client requests work to generalize these to make future implementations faster and more straightforward.
• Perform sample data extractions and verifications to ensure the accuracy of data exports and imports. 
• Work with product engineering to ensure that the data extraction and reporting are correctly completed and fulfill the clients' needs both initially and ongoing.
• Ensure that existing clients' data feeds are maintained and successfully working through target updates, integration monitoring, and alerting through to solving issues.
• Data entry and management of client system configurations
• Must have good English communication skills
