Responsibilities
- Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concept sInnovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the brand and reputation team
- Develop graphics and layouts for posters, logos, displays etc
- Develop GIFs and short motion videos for both internal and external audience
- Develop website design and marketing collateral design
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy for various campaigns
- Collaborate with social media team for content creation on different platforms
- Support internal marketing and branding with creative content
- Work on proactive creative ideas to build our brand strength
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years as a Graphic Designer.
- Portfolio of a completed design project
- Functional knowledge of Adobe products like Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Hands-on experience in professional typography techniques
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced iterative environment - Incorporating feedback, launching quickly and setting measures for success
