| Job Description: |
We look for a senior database developer with hands-on experience with OLTP & DWH development.
Office timings: 1 PM to 10 PM Mon-Fri
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of deep database development experience
- Ability to write complex T-SQL programming
- Experienced with ETL tools such as SQL server integration services (SSIS)
- Familiar with Power builder or willing to learn for the support of current ERP system.
- Familiar with debugging T-SQL code
- Facilitate discussions among database developers to exchange ideas and introduce new database technologies
- Experience of rewriting existing code in new technology will be a plus
- Knowledge in the Retail domain will be a plus
- Knowledge of BI reporting tools will be a big plus
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
Tools / Technical Skills
- MSSQL Server 2012 and greater
- SSIS
- Power BI / Tableau / SSRS
- Advanced SQL Skills (Partitions, Agent jobs, Indexing)
- Documenting changes & new development.
- Knowledge of NoSQL (Hadoop, GCP, DocumentDB) and Azure will be considered as a big plus.
