| Job Description: |
- Management and Implementation of Candela software under HOD supervision on all shops.
- Daily data sync with all shops
- Handling Hardware or software troubleshoot of all shops
- Reporting to candela for any trouble shoots
- Making all STR’s against replenishment order from HOD
- Ensuring WH dispatch through scanning and receiving in shop vice versa
- GRN & STR contrast reporting daily to HOD
- Assuring receiving of STR on all Shops
- Cash / Stock Audit surprise based weekly , fortnight or monthly
- Assuring Bank deposits with accounts and reports to HOD
- Assuring stock transferred through courier received at shop or delayed for what reason.
- Assuring stock is received opened and displayed at shops
- Warehouse Stock audit
- Audit reports of stock / cash shortage to HOD
- Making STR for Intra shop transactions also assuring dispatch and receiving respectively.
- Daily reports to HOD for last day sale at all shops
- Attendance update from all staff and report to HOD / HR
- Shop related matters , survey or visits if required
- Assist in product aging
- Make sure CCTV working all the time for all shops.
