| Job Description: |
CyberCO2, a US based company looking for an HR Executive who can carry on recruitment process & talent acquisition. You will work closely with the Management to implement the best HR practices and to help promote the values of the organization.Our working hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm and working days are Monday to Friday, please consider this before applying.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle, Job posting to onboard.
- Manage and document communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
- Work with management to produce documents including job descriptions, offer letters, contracts, etc.
- Update and maintain the HRMS
- Deal with all disciplinary/grievance and absence management.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with the industry
- Manage onboarding / off-boarding of employees.
- Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
• 2+ year relevant experience in IT industry
• Candidate must know the recruitment cycle
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
