Shift Timings: Evening (5 PM - 2 AM)

Salary: Rs 25,000 - Rs 40,000 ( As per candidate fluency in English & relevant experience )

This role is responsible for collecting, posting and managing patient account payments. This position is responsible for following up on patient medical claims with the insurances to collect the maximum claim payments for the medical providers.

Description of Job:

• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on unpaid claims and rejections using billing software & insurance portal


• Convince the insurance for payment of their outstanding claims.


• Appealing denied claims


• Ability to analyze patient accounts and determine next appropriate action for the collection of account receivables

Requirements:

· Must have minimum 1-year experience in Medical Billing A.R 

· Have previous experience working on No-fault & Workers compensation insruance

· Can fluently speak in English

· Excellent knowledge of coding, billing cycle and insurance guidelines
