Remote Home Based Job - 25000 to 40000 Rupees monthly salary + attractive commission (can reach upto 60000 Rupees) 

The chat agent is responsible for customer engagements via our eCommerce chat platform. Along with daily customer chats, you will be responsible for assisting our customers over live chat/email or phone.

You will help solve daily order and service issues.

The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, can multitask and operate in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities:

• Operate in a fast-paced online chat platform

• Provide customers with pre- and post-sales information

• Communicate with customers and vendors over email and phone

• Work with our warehousing and purchasing departments to ensure optimal order fulfillment

• Answer customer service inquiries across various sales channels.

Requirements:

• Fluent English

• Excellent typing speed

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
