Role and Responsibilities 

Finance Manager job description include, but not be limited to: 

• Meet all corporate and statutory reporting requirements  
• Timely and accurate month end close within agreed deadlines 
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of all transactions 
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts controlled and reconciled 
• Ensure profit and loss accounts are a true representation of company performance 
• Ensure all statutory finance and tax requirements are met 
• Prepare year-end financial statements 
• Ensure clean annual audit opinion    
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information 
• Predicting future financial trends 
• Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted 
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. 
• Developing long-term business plans based on these reports 
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets 
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk 
• Analyzing market trends and competitors 
• Develop and manage budgetary control system and processes 
• Preparation of monthly management finance reports 
• Manage capital investment analysis 
• Ad hoc financial analysis as required 
• Ensure company financial systems and processes are robust, compliant and support both current activities and future growth plans 
• End to end cash management responsibility including AP, AR, payroll, and 3rd party payments 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

Qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant.
