We're looking for a talented and passionate Head of Sales to lead our newly formed sales department. We're launching a new SaaS product for software developers from small to large enterprises and are looking for a self-motivated invididual who can create our sales processes and initially be very hands-on (LinkedIn, Emails, Live Demos, etc.) You must have excellent communication skills (english) and must have some exposure working with clients in US or Canada. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Use LinkedIn & Emal marketing to reach and engage potential customer base
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
• Maintain a pipeline full of sales.
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service tools and enterprise sales process.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
• Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
• Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new product

Our office is located in Karachi (PECHS, Block-2) but we're are open to remote work possibility.
