Key responsibilities and task

• pro-actively work with the team(s) in creating a zero harm culture and behavior
• respect HSE plan to achieve zero harm objective
• to cascade the company lifesaving rules and project safety charter at worksite
• monitor and follow up the implementation of the client HSE plan;
• To perform site visits regularly.
•  ensure that health and safety information is efficiently communicated to project team members and all other interested parties including labors, engineer, sub-engineer and visitors;
• prepare, maintain HSE induction documentation, conduct HSE inductions, where applicable
• produce weekly and monthly reports;
• review HSE documentation, HSE plans and HSE specifications;
• perform regular HSE inspections at worksite;
• ensure that all incidents and accidents and near misses are properly recorded and reported and properly investigated;
