| Job Description: |
- To monitor all Network faults via alarms.
- To check the severity of all Network faults.
- To perform alarm testing.
- To record any Network fault that has occurred.
- To escalate the fault to the respective Field Operations (FOPs) POC.
- To follow up for the occurred Network fault with FOPs POC.
- To verify resolution and update the record for the Network fault.
- To generate fault reports for the occurred Network fault if necessary.
- To provide approval for the generated Change Request.
- To issue work orders for site access.
- To process the Change Request.
- To follow-up with the Planned Outages.
