Job Description: |
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
- Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
- To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
- Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Core duty is develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
- Manage Job requisition process, advertise job post as per requisitions forms using all possiblejob advertisement platforms and strategies such as online job portals ( Rozee.com, mustabkil.com), social media platforms, LinkedIn referrals, print media ‘Banners and posters’, etc.
- Screen candidates resume and job applications.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Create and provide analytical and well documented recruiting report to the rest of the team.
- Promote company’s reputation.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution oriented, and creative.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent oral and written communication and representational skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases including applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to travel, if requested, to the field offices
