Description:

The Tech Lead is one of the key leadership roles in our team. You will basically be second in command and work very closely with our architect. You will act as a technology expert and mentor junior developers.

 Responsibilities:

• Understanding the customer requirements and product


• Empathizing with end users and focusing on product driven engineering 


• Helping with onboarding new development team members


• Helping with the product roadmap planning, (product ownership),


• Mastering the end to end software development process and best practices


• 80% of your time will be coding


• Reviewing junior developers code

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience 


• Very good problem solver


• Preferably 4+ years of experience as a developer


• 3+ years of experience with Node.js and javascript


• 3+ years of experience with SQL/NoSQL: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB


• 2+ years of experience with git 


• 1+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud providers


• Has some remote experience


• Has some experience with working on different projects i.e., freelancing etc


• Proven experience of collaborating and working well in a team 

Bonus:

• Frontend experience with React


• Some experience as a lead


• Some experience with Serverless architecture


• Some experience with infrastructure as a code using Cloud Formation or Terraform


• Familiar with slack, JIRA and scrum/agile
