Leverify is looking for an E-commerce Paralegal - Amazon.
Overall objective
- Navigate the e-commerce business legislative matters and regain the business through, category approvals, listings reinstate, infringement and copyright cases, appeals and other account risk management services.
Area of Expertise
- Listing reinstate, Category Approvals, Intellectual Property infringement, and copyrights cease & desist cases, Patents to perform searches and render registrability opinions, corporate compliance
- Excellent knowledge/understanding of Amazon policies, TOS and in dealing with Seller Performance matters
- Experience working with complex e-commerce litigation matters, Listing reinstate, Category Approvals, Intellectual Property - infringement and copyrights, cease & desist cases, Patents to perform searches and render registrability opinions, corporate compliance
- Effective analytical skills with the ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
- Ability to manage numerous cases and/or projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
