Social Media Specialist

• We are looking for an accomplished and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.
• To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator accustomed to working in a high-tech environment, can write engaging content, and have a thorough knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon.
• Also, you will be a data-driven individual actively participating in data collection and analysis to consistently improve the company's social media practices over time.
• As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

In this role, you will be focused on:

• Building and executing social media strategies through competitive and audience research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform.
• Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content on social media channels 
• Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Defining important social media KPIs.
• Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Measuring the success of social media campaigns.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Having knowledge of IT, e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and online marketplaces such as Amazon.
• Researching and using social media marketing tools. 
• Collaborating with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Monitoring user engagement and ensure content optimization.
• Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
