Job Description: |
- Handling Shipments of different sector products.
- Negotiating tariff with pricing department.
- Follow ups from operation department to facilitate customers.
- Maintaining records of shipment and coordinating sales staff in achieving their targeted gross profit.
- Provide solutions and fastest action on customer complaints
- Timely action on customer comments and feedback received through customer feedback forms
