Job Description

  • Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries where appropriate
  • Making appointments and planning their manager’s diary
  • Organizing and attending meetings; sometimes taking minutes and ensuing Chairman is well-prepared for meetings and all the relevant IT equipment are properly working for meeting
  • Replying to emails, faxes and post
  • Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
  • Assisting with projects their manager might be working on by researching or writing reports
  • Organizing and maintaining office systems
  • Standing in for their manager in their absence.
  • Making Schedules for chairman
  • keeping documented record of everything

Requirements

  • Qualification:Bachelor or Masters in Marketing
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field and must be efficient in dealing with Govt/Private organizations
  • Good in Communication Skills.
  • Good in customer dealing 
  • Proficient in English writing,Speaking,Reading.
