Job Description

  •  Provides confidential administrative assistance to Customer care department
  •  Greets Clients/Visitors to maintain a professional image
  • Communicate/coordinate with all the representatives involved in Customer care department to allow the most effective flow of process
  •  Responsible for customer care support till client’s presence in Al Bari premises
  •  Escort client to the relevant floor/department/person
  •  Assist clients with documents and receipts
  •  Facilitate client at the time of booking or while depositing installment
  •  Document clients query and communicate the query to the designated authority
  •  Serves as a liaison of client with documentation, accounts and legal department
  •  Assist in coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given by RGM
  •  Performs additional job-related duties as assigned by HR department

Requirements

  •  Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in Customer Care Department.Must be good in Customer Dealing
  •  Fast learner and active
  •  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  •  Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
  •  Confident
  •  Interpersonal Skills
  • Must be Good in Customer dealing
