| Job Description: |
- Performing Bookkeeping tasks by maintaining clients’ books of accounts by recording bank and credit card statements in QuickBooks
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliation and doing excel write ups.
- Drafting financial statements for compilation engagements
- Assisting in preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
- Calculating and preparing GST/HST, payroll and other government remittances
- Preparing client correspondence (i.e. emails, letters and memos)
- Assisting with other administrative functions as required
