| Job Description: |
- Ensure 100% achievement of SOHO/ Residential sales and revenue targets.
- Regular Visits and Meetings with potential Clients
- Ensure 100% monthly bill, delivery and collection from assigned customer base
- Ensure 100% documentation with complete CSAF and cash submission at the time of sale’s closure
- Complaint handling through respective teams of customer services
- Customer retention
- Regular visits of potential customers for upgrade, upselling and complaint management
- Recovery of CPE from inactive customers/clients
- Looking after end to end sales operations (Sales entry , Bill delivery, collection and device recovery)
