Description: Sea Links Travels & Tours is looking for a full-time Air Ticketing Officer for Domestic and International Ticketing
- Candidate must have strong back ground of ticketing & reservation, visa application procedures, Umrah pilgrims and hands-on experience of using ticketing based software such
- Sabre
- Galileo
- GDS
Roles & Responsibilities include:
- Persons with more than 5 years’ experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ticketing and reservation (Interline rules), Fare construction, Command on Sabre red abacus, Galileo and etc.
- Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of Ticket Agent
- Calling airlines Following up on travel reservations Consultants must have extensive knowledge on a number of areas. This includes: Customs regulations Travel documentation including visas, and passports
- Reads coded data on tickets to ascertain destination, marks tickets, and assigns boarding pass
- Telephone customer or Ticket Agent to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation
- Reasonable English language and email communication skills required.
