Job Description:
  • Assisting in creating engaging content on Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels operated by the brand.
  • Develop a distinct online presence for the brand by establishing social media channels on major and popular platforms in Pakistan
  • Responding to the comments and messages from followers on the social media channels with due diligence, including service and marketing related queries.
  • Coordinating contests, activities and other digital media campaigns.
  • Writing dynamic technology & smartphone related articles and assisting in preparing the PR material.
  • Writing and distributing e-newsletters to subscribers and potential customers.
  • Analyzing and reporting audience information and demographics, success of existing social media projects, engagement behavior and customer feedback.
  • Update these social media channels daily and increase reach and engagement by posting creative content.
  • Retain the fan following by answering queries and providing quick response to customers and information seekers.
  • Develop and maintain a valuable relationship with top technology blogs, news websites and other online portals in Pakistan.
  • Ensuring up to date and accurate information on these websites about the brand and products.
  • Publishing regular press releases, articles, infographics and other brand related on these websites and blogs, either paid or free of cost.
  • Providing technical information and online after-sales support to Vivo customers on social media channels & digital platforms
  • Responsible for answering all online queries / forwarding to after-sales services related to product faults and software updates.
  •  Responsible for all other tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Analyze the current customer base, including portfolios and rolodexes, to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with Client and Company
  • Review and communicate proposals.
  • Negotiate timelines and budgets
  • Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts.
