The main purpose of this position is to develop and implement KPIs based PMS linked with organization's balanced score card and administer benefits and rewards system accordingly.
1. To define Balanced score card based on factual statistics and projections/future forcast in coordination with and as per instrcutions of senior manager.
2. To propose, document and communicate KPIS derived from JDs, and Objectives in direction of company’s strategic goals on annual basis.
3. To schedule meetings with process owners/HODS to discuss their KPIS in functional areas and provide them guidance on recording and reporting performance against each set KPI.
4. To communicate KPIs to the job holders and provide them necessary guidelines on measurement and factual reporting on monthly basis.
5. To obtain monthly reports on achievements of KPIs on approved formats, verify it and forward to Senior for review.
6. To analyze KPI’s report, compile summary of the reports (individual wise/team wise) and communicate results to the staff/HOD’s after review /approval of the Management.
7. To summarize the departments’ Objectives achievement reports, compile data analysis presenting the departmental performance in comparison to the past/previous periods. Also suggest improvements where required in the next/subsequent period.
8. To prepare quarterly/bi-annual/annual presentation in light of guidance of the group manager HR for the Top management in order to seek guidance for amendments/ adjustments in KPIS in strategic direction of the organization.
9. To compile incentives/increment percentages based on performance of HOD’s/staff on already approved criteria get it reviewed from management and communicate to all stake holders on timely basis.
