The responsibilities include:
- Marketing and sales of the project (s)
- Guide and assist customers about features of the projects.
- Offer the best solutions on need analysis basis to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Help clients understand prevailing market parameters, price comparisons and legalities to better cater their markets driven needs best suited to their requirements.
- Exploit social media to ensure maximum outreach to clients.
- Maintain and update listings of the projects
- Develop networks of real estate agents and clients
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Keep abreast about real estate markets, best sales promotional practices
