1. Should have Good PC hardware, software and networking knowledge.
2. Troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, cameras, DVRs, and other hardware.
3. Installs and configures network hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves server and networked devices hardware and software problems.
4. Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
5. Installation and configuration of a wireless router.
6. Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems. Support users of CCTV system.
7. Monitoring of Security alarms/devices, attendance machine systems.
8. Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to hardware/software systems.
9. Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets, including systems.
10. Ability for assembling PCs without supervision and identification of problem areas.
11. Strict on-time performance, work ethics and discipline.
12. Adhere to Corporate standards as stated in departmental training manual.
13. Maintain Camera Servers.
14. Assist in the development of system documentation.
15. Attend weekly, daily and monthly Team meetings.
